  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup grated hard cheese
  • ½ cup chopped up spinach
  • tablespoon milk any kid including plant based

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F | 180°C
  • Whisk the eggs into a bowl and then add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
  • Spoon bit by bit into a silicone or greased muffin tin (silicone muffin tins don't require greasing).
  • Bake for 15-20 min until golden.
  • Store in fridge for 5 days or in freezer for 3 months.
