- ½ cup mango
- ½ cup pineapple
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk
If using fresh pineapple and mango then peel them and cut into chunks.
Peel the banana.
Place the liquid (milk) in the blender first and add the fruit on top.
Blend.
Serve or store in fridge up to 3 days.
- to give it a thinner consistency add more milk or water
- for a thicker smoothie add some ice cubes or more frozen fruit or a frozen banana
- add oats for a breakfast smoothie (about 1 oz or 30g)
- add superfoods such as chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds
