Ingredients

  • ½ cup mango
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • If using fresh pineapple and mango then peel them and cut into chunks.
  • Peel the banana.
  • Place the liquid (milk) in the blender first and add the fruit on top.
  • Blend.
  • Serve or store in fridge up to 3 days.

Notes

  • to give it a thinner consistency add more milk or water
  • for a thicker smoothie add some ice cubes or more frozen fruit or a frozen banana 
  • add oats for a breakfast smoothie (about 1 oz or 30g)
  • add superfoods such as chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds
  • add honey to make it sweeter
