- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- ½ cup vanilla ice cream
- ½ shredded coconut
- ½ cup ice
- 1 tsp honey or other sweetener
- omit the vanilla ice cream and make it less sugary
- you can use low fat coconut milk but then the shake will be watery. But this may be how you like it.
- give to kids only once in a while due to high sugar and saturated fat content
- can be made with other plant based milks such as soy, oat or almond. It won't taste as coconuty but will still be good.
