2-Minute Vanilla Yogurt Recipe

This easy 2 min Vanilla Yogurt recipe will make you forget about store-bought yogurts that are packed with artificial ingredients, sugar and preservatives. You can make this vanilla yogurt from plain yogurt, greek yogurt, goat yogurt or vegan. Just add a touch of honey and you have a delicious yogurt for breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Place your plain or greek yogurt in a bowl and add the vanilla extract and honey if using.
  • Mix with a spoon or even better a whisk until combined.
  • Enjoy or store

Notes

  • omit honey if giving to babies
  • add more or less vanilla depending on taste (use vanilla bean paste ½ of equivalent) 
  • store in airtight container in fridge for 3 days and in freezer up to 3 months
