Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 medium mango (1 cup)
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice optional

Instructions

  • Peel the mango and remove the pit. Place the mango flesh in a blender and make a mango puree.
  • Take a bowl and mix the mango puree with the yogurt.
  • Enjoy

Notes

  • suitable for babies 6 months + if you test each ingredient for allergies beforehand
  • can use fresh or frozen mango
  • you can make this from plain yogurt, greek yogurt, goats yogurt or vegan yogurt (such as coconut or almond)
  • store in airtight container in fridge for up to 3 days and freezer up to 3 months
