Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp water to cook the blueberries

Instructions

  • Place the blueberries in a saucepan and cover them with water. Heat over medium low heat for about 10 minutes until the blueberries are soft and mushy. If you are using frozen blueberries rinse them first to get any frost off and then it may take a few minutes longer Add them to the yogurt and mix.
  • Add the blueberries to the yogurt and mix.

Notes

  • If using frozen blueberries you may want to add a teaspoon of honey (not for babies under 1), date or agave syrup to sweeten the yogurt as frozen blueberries are usually more sour.
  • do not give honey to babies under 1 years old
  • store in fridge for up to 3 days, in freezer up to 3 months
