Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sweetener optional - honey, agave syrup, coconut sugar

Instructions

  • Peel the mango and remove the pit. If using frozen mango then let it thaw.
  • Blend - Place the mango, greek yogurt and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to your popsicle mold. We use this silicone one with reusable sticks which is environmentally friendly.
  • Freeze for 4-6 hours.
  • Take the out of the freezer, remove from the pops mold and enjoy.

Notes

  • suitable for babies 6 months + if not using honey 
  • can use frozen or fresh mango. If using frozen then make sure it thaws before blending
