- 1 tablespoon quinoa
- 2 tablespoon water
- ½ medium sized peach
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Place the quinoa with the water in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat
Once boiling, cover and reduce heat to low. Continue cooking until the quinoa fully absorbs the water (should be around 20 minutes)
In the meantime wash, peel and slice the peach
About 5 minutes before the end of cooking the quinoa, put the peach into the pot to cook with the quinoa
Once finished, allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before sprinkling with cinnamon
