  • 2 apples
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ large cucumber
  • 2 cup water use 1 cup if using a juicer
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the apples, spinach leaves, and cucumber thoroughly. Remove the cores and seeds from the apples and cut the cucumber into chunks for easy blending.
  • Blend Away: Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. The vibrant green color of the smoothie will entice your kids to give it a try
  • Optional - strain for Silky Smoothness: Pour the mixture through a strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl to remove any pulp, leaving you with a bright green smoothie with a smooth texture that a picky eater will drink.
