Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen green peas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C / 390°F
  • Rinse the peas in cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. 
  • Spread the peas in a single layer on a stainless steel baking sheet (you don't need parchment paper if you have a good quality stainless steel baking tray).
  • Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt, garlic powder, and lemon juice over the peas.
  • Mix the peas thoroughly with your hands, ensuring each pea is coated.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, giving them a good mix after 20 minutes.
  • Once golden and crunchy, your roasted peas are ready to be enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
