  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese (preferably grass fed, sugarless)
  • 2 tbsp millet
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2-3 blackberries
  • ½ tsp cinnamon


  • Place the millet and water in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat
  • Once boiled cover and simmer on low-to-medium heat until the millet fully absorbs the water
  • Add blackberries to the pot to cook with the millet for a few minutes before fully cooked
  • Once finished, allow to fully cool for about 10-15 minutes before mixing well with the cottage cheese and sprinkling with cinnamon
