- 2 tablespoon cottage cheese (preferably grass fed, sugarless)
- 2 tablespoon millet
- 4 tablespoon water
- 2-3 blackberries
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Place the millet and water in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat
Once boiled cover and simmer on low-to-medium heat until the millet fully absorbs the water
Add blackberries to the pot to cook with the millet for a few minutes before fully cooked
Once finished, allow to fully cool for about 10-15 minutes before mixing well with the cottage cheese and sprinkling with cinnamon
