Instructions
Peel the sweet potato and apples and wash under running water
Wash the peach under running water
Slice all ingredients into small pieces and place in a steamer over a pot of water. Cover and bring to boil. Once boiling lower the heat to medium
Once fully soft, allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before blending
Add a bit of water and blend into a pudding
