Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized apple
  • ¼ medium sized peach
  • medium sized sweet potato

Instructions

  • Peel the sweet potato and apples and wash under running water
  • Wash the peach under running water
  • Slice all ingredients into small pieces and place in a steamer over a pot of water. Cover and bring to boil. Once boiling lower the heat to medium
  • Once fully soft, allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before blending
  • Add a bit of water and blend into a pudding
