Quick, easy and healthy, under 10 minutes to make, this Walnut Raspberry Oatmeal is a delicious breakfast oatmeal for your baby, toddler or older kids.
Place the oats and water in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, lower the heat until the oats fully absorb the water
Wash and smash raspberries
Once oats are fully cooked, add raspberries and kefir and mix well
Sprinkle with ground walnuts or stir in walnut butter
Serving - You can serve as is, and for toddlers we recommend using this ergonomic cutlery to help them learn how to use a spoon. For babies you could also serve as is but if you prefer to puree you can just add the whole mixture to the blender.

Choking -
to prevent it, raspberries should be smashed or cut until baby is 1 years old
