Ingredients

  • tablespoon rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoon water
  • cup raspberries smashed
  • ¼ cup kefir
  • 2 teaspoon ground walnuts or walnut butter

Instructions

  • Place the oats and water in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, lower the heat until the oats fully absorb the water
  • Wash and smash raspberries
  • Once oats are fully cooked, add raspberries and kefir and mix well
  • Sprinkle with ground walnuts or stir in walnut butter
  • Serving - You can serve as is, and for toddlers we recommend using this ergonomic cutlery to help them learn how to use a spoon. For babies you could also serve as is but if you prefer to puree you can just add the whole mixture to the blender.

Notes

  1. Choking -
    • to prevent it, raspberries should be smashed or cut until baby is 1 years old
    • walnuts should be ground or served as walnut butter
