Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp blueberries

Instructions

  • Place the oats in a bowl and spoon in the yogurt. Allow to soak for at least an hour in the fridge or ideally overnight.
  • When ready to serve, smash some blueberries (they need to be smashed for under 1 year olds to avoid any choking hazards) and mix them in the overnight oats.
  • Serve to baby in a bowl so they can scoop it by themselves or on a pre-loaded spoon. For toddlers you can use this ergonomic cutlery
