- 4 bananas overripe
- 1 ½ cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup peanut butter smooth
- ½ cup chocolate chips dark
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 360°F.
Prepare a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork or a potato masher.
Transfer to a large mixing bowl and add the peanut butter and flour.
Mix with a silicone spatula or a whisk.
Now gently fold in the dark chocolate chips into the banana bread batter.
Transfer into the prepared loaf pan and level the surface with the spatula.
Put into the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let sit in the loaf pan for about 5 minutes.
Take out from the loaf pan and leave the loaf to cool on a wire rack.
Remove the parchment paper and slice before serving.
