1 tablespoon chia seeds 2 tbsp rolled oats ½ cup milk breastmilk, cow's milk, plant-based milk 1 teaspoon raw cocoa powder 1 teaspoon nut butter
Place the chia seeds, rolled oats and raw cocoa powder in a cup and stir
Add the milk and stir well
Cover and let sit in a fridge overnight
Take out of the fridge about an hour prior to serving
Add the nut butter immediately prior to serving and mix
