  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk breastmilk, cow's milk, plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp nut butter


  • Place the chia seeds, rolled oats and raw cocoa powder in a cup and stir
  • Add the milk and stir well
  • Cover and let sit in a fridge overnight
  • Take out of the fridge about an hour prior to serving
  • Add the nut butter immediately prior to serving and mix
