Homemade Granola

Granola can be a super healthy breakfast, packed with energy and micronutrients. But it's too often full of sugar. Our homemade granola isn't!

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup nuts almonds, hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp sweetener honey, agave syrup, maple syrup, date syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil


  • Preheat the oven to 150°C / 300°F
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
  • Line a baking tin with parchment paper and spread the mixture thinly on the paper
  • Bake for 20 mins, mixing the granola halfway until slightly brown
