Yogurt Berry Healthy Kids Snack

Having a readily available, delicious and healthy snack is a recipe for a stress free afternoon. And this yogurt berry snack is the perfect option.

Ingredients

  • ½ liter thick yogurt skyr or greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp agave optional
  • 250 g berries
  • 2 tbsp ground nuts optional

Instructions

  • Mix the yogurt and agave (if you're using it) and spread the mixture evenly onto a baking tray
  • Sprinkle the berries (and nuts if desired) all over the yogurt
  • Put the baking try into the freezer for about 3 hours
  • Cut 25 rectangles with a knife and enjoy!
  • Store as cold as possible while out of the freezer or it's likely to melt quickly!
