Caramel layer
- ½ cup peanut butter smooth
- ⅛ cup honey
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- pinch salt
Chocolate layer
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 75 g dark chocolate
- ⅛ cup coconut oil
Chocolate layer
Heat the coconut cream over medium heat until it fully melts.
Meanwhile melt the dark chocolate in the oven or over a water bath.
Add the melted chocolate and coconut oil to the melted coconut cream and mix.
Pour over the caramel layer.
Leave in the fridge for a couple of hours until the cups are firm.
Remove from the muffin tin and serve.
