- 1 cup pitted dates
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 1½ tbsp cacao powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp peanut or hazelnut butter
Place the dates in boiled water and let them sit for 15 minutes so the soften up.
Once softened add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you have a smooth consistency.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Freeze for 6 hours or more.
