This homemade Blueberry Yogurt recipe is made with just 2 ingredients - blueberries and greek yogurt. Better than store-bought as it has no preservatives, sugar or artificial flavors. Great for babies 6 months old + and adults.
Place the blueberries in a saucepan and cover them with water. Heat over medium low heat for about 10 minutes until the blueberries are soft and mushy. If you are using frozen blueberries rinse them first to get any frost off and then it may take a few minutes longer Add them to the yogurt and mix.
Add the blueberries to the yogurt and mix.
Notes
If using frozen blueberries you may want to add a teaspoon of honey (not for babies under 1), date or agave syrup to sweeten the yogurt as frozen blueberries are usually more sour.
