- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup applesauce or 2 apples
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
Teething Biscuits
Preheat the oven to 180C/356F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper (baking sheet)
Blend the oats (dry ingredients) in a food processor to until you have your own oat flour
Add the apple sauce and coconut oil (wet ingredients) to the oats and mix with either a whisk or a silicone spatula until you have a firm dough
Divide the dough into 15 balls and shape each one into a rectangle-shaped biscuit with no sharp edges.
Place on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden-brown.
Allow to cool to at least room temperature (about 30-45 minutes) before serving.
How To Make Applesauce
Peel the apples and cut into smaller pieces.
Steam in a baby cooker. Or if you don't have a baby cooker, boil some water and steam the apples in a colander over the boiling water until soft.
Allow to cool for a bit and then mash into a puree.
