Dry Ingredients 1 cup rolled oats or quick oats 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder ½ teaspoon baking powder pinch salt Wet Ingredients 1 cup milk animal or plant-based 2 ripe bananas mashed 1 egg organic and/or free-range 2 tablespoon coconut oil 1 tablespoon honey optional ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Gently grease an 8 x 8 inches (20 x 20 centimeters) pan or line with parchment paper.
Mix all the wet ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
Now add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix gently with a silicone spatula or a whisk.
Pour into the pan and even the surface with your spatula.
Bake for about 40 minutes.
Once baked, allow to cool in the pan.
Slice once cooled and serve.
