  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 medium banana

Instructions

  • Peel the banana, break into pieces and place in a blender to make a banana puree.
  • Take a bowl and mix the banana puree with the yogurt.

  • suitable for babies 6 months + if you have tested dairy as an allergen before and they were ok 
  • can be made with plain yogurt, greek yogurt, goat's yogurt or vegan alternatives
  • store in fridge for up to 3 days, in freezer up to 3 months
