Best Broccoli Smoothie
This best broccoli smoothie recipe is made with super healthy green vegetables high in vitamin C like broccoli, spinach and cucumber and the natural sweetness of apple. You can make it in less than 5 minutes and it is a great breakfast or snack.

1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup spinach ½ large cucumber 1-2 sweeter apples 1 lemon (juiced) 2 cups water
Wash the broccoli, cucumber, spinach and apple.
Cut the apple and cucumber in smaller chunks so they blend more easily. Cut up the broccoli into smaller broccoli florets.
Place the ingredients in a high speed blender (like a Vitamix) and blend until smooth.
Pour and enjoy you bright green smoothie.
don't use frozen broccoli or broccoli that has been washed and put to rest because its will give off a strong broccoli flavor
