Wet ingredients
- 2 bananas medium-sized, overripe
- ½ cup natural peanut butter smooth
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups quick oats
- pinch salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a cookie sheet.
Peel the overripe bananas and mash them with a fork.
Put the mashed banana into a large mixing bowl and add the peanut butter.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients (quick oats and salt).
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix with a rubber spatula or whisker until you have a smooth cookie dough.
Take one tablespoon of the cookie dough and make balls in between the palms of your hand.
Put on the prepared baking sheet and gently press with the palm of your hand.
Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown on the edges.
Allow to cool before serving.
