Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180℃ / 350℉.
Peel the onion and garlic and cut into tiny pieces.
Put the onion and garlic into a large bowl and mix with the minced chicken.
Add the rest of the ingredients, including the beaten egg and mix until you have a compact mixture.
Using your hands, form little meatballs, the size of ping pong balls.
Place parchment paper on a baking tray and line up the chicken meatballs.
Spray them with some olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes take the meatballs out of the oven, turn them around, sprinkle again with olive oil and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
