Chickpea Tortillas (Gluten-Freee Vegan Tortillas)
It is a super easy gluten free vegan tortillas recipe and only uses 3 ingredients - chickpea flour, water and sea salt.

- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- ⅓ tsp salt
In a mixing jug add chickpea flour, water and salt.
Whish thoroughly until fully combined and there are no solid bits of flour.
Let it stand for 30 minutes.
Heat a non-stick skillet on high heat and brush the surface with olive oil.
Pour a ladle of batter onto the center. Tilt the skillet to spread it gently to form a tortilla.
Once the edges have started to lift (about 2 minutes) use a silicone spatula to flip the tortilla.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Continue with the rest of the batter.
