Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup raw kale
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Cut up all the ingredients into smaller pieces.
  • Put all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender. 
  • Blend until you have a creamy and smooth consistency. Add more water if you like.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!
