- 1 banana overripe
- ½ cup oat milk
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Peel the banana and cut into larger pieces.
Blend the banana, cinnamon and oat milk in a high-speed blender.
Pour into a jar and add the chia seeds.
Mix well with a whisk or a tablespoon ensuring there are no chia seeds stuck at the bottom of the jar.
Leave to settle for at least an hour but best in the refrigerator overnight.
