⅓ cup whole flaxseeds ⅔ cup milk 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ cup blueberries 2 teaspoon peanut butter Toppings 1-2 tbsp honey only for babies over 1 year old fresh fruit, nuts, granola
In a mixing bowl or mason jar, combine whole flaxseeds and milk, ensuring thorough stirring to prevent clumping.
Add vanilla extract and stir to incorporate.
Refrigerate the mixture overnight for a pudding-like consistency.
Once you remove from the fridge give it a good stir it to get a creamy texture.
Top with honey and blueberries, and a dollop of peanut butter. Stir gently before serving.
