Ingredients

  • cup whole flaxseeds
  • cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 teaspoon peanut butter

Toppings

  • 1-2 tbsp honey only for babies over 1 year old
  • fresh fruit, nuts, granola

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl or mason jar, combine whole flaxseeds and milk, ensuring thorough stirring to prevent clumping.
  • Add vanilla extract and stir to incorporate.
  • Refrigerate the mixture overnight for a pudding-like consistency.
  • Once you remove from the fridge give it a good stir it to get a creamy texture.
  • Top with honey and blueberries, and a dollop of peanut butter. Stir gently before serving.
