Healthy Crispy Baked Carrot Chips
25 minutes to make these incredible Baked Carrot Chips that your kids will love. Just coat some carrot slices in olive oil and garlic powder , place them on a baking sheet and in 25 minutes you can have a healthy snack or a delicious side dish for your baby, toddler or yourself.

10 oz carrots 1 tbsp olive oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon salt ¼ tsp black pepper
Preheat the oven to 220℃/450℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and scrub the whole carrots. You can peel the carrots but you also don't need to. Use paper towels or a clean dish cloth to dry them.
Use a sharp knife to cut the carrots diagonally as paperthin and you can get them (you can also try using a mandolin slicer).
Place the carrot slices in a large bowl, add olive oil, garlic powder and salt and coat them.
Take each carrot slice and place them in a single layer on the parchment paper.
Bake for about 20 minutes until you have crispy chips.
