2 cups hazelnuts 1½ tbsp pure vanilla extract ¼ cup cocoa powder ⅓ cup honey ¼ tsp salt ¾ cup almond milk 2 tbsp coconut oil
If hazelnuts are not roasted if the hazelnuts are not roasted then roast them for 7 minutes at 200C/400F until they just start to brown.
Rub them together in a paper towel to get the skins off.
Place them in a food processor and blend until you have a smooth hazelnut butter.
