Ingredients

Labelled ingredients on a white background
  • Hazelnuts: These form the base of our homemade Nutella, providing a rich and nutty flavor.
  • Pure vanilla extract: Adds a subtle sweetness and enhances the overall flavor profile.
  • Cocoa powder: Infuses our ice cream with that classic chocolatey Nutella taste.
  • Honey: Offers natural sweetness and helps bind the ingredients together.
  • Salt: Balances the sweetness and enhances the other flavors.
  • Almond milk: Provides a creamy base for our vegan ice cream.
  • Coconut oil: Adds richness and helps achieve a smooth texture.

How to Make this Recipe

  1. Roast and Blend Hazelnuts: If your hazelnuts are raw, roast them in the oven, let them cool and then remove the skins by rubbing them together in a kitchen tower. Blend them in a food processor to make hazelnut butter.
