Homemade Nutella Ice Cream

- 2 cups hazelnuts
- 1½ tbsp pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
If hazelnuts are not roasted
- if the hazelnuts are not roasted then roast them for 7 minutes at 200C/400F until they just start to brown.
- Rub them together in a paper towel to get the skins off.
- Place them in a food processor and blend until you have a smooth hazelnut butter.

- Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and blend until you have a smooth creamy consistency.
