  • Ripe Bananas - The star of the show, providing natural sugars for sweetness and a creamy texture. The riper the banana the sweeter the popsicle will be.
  • Coconut Oil - Adds a hint of tropical flavor and ensures a smooth popsicle mixture.
  • Vanilla Extract - Elevates the overall taste with its aromatic essence.
  • Peanut Butter - Introduces a rich and nutty flavor, complementing the banana goodness.
  • Cinnamon - A warm spice that enhances the popsicles with a touch of depth.

Additions

  • Drizzle with melted chocolate for a decadent twist.
  • Dip the popsicles in peanut butter for a peanut butter shell.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over the popsicles before freezing for an extra crunch.
  • You can add a tablespoon of additional sweetener like maple syrup or honey but we feel like it is really not needed.

Variations

  • Use almond butter or seed butter instead of peanut butter for a unique taste.

Storage

  • Place popsicles in an airtight container or freezer bag to maintain freshness.
  • For easy removal, line the container with parchment paper between layers.
  • Store in the freezer for up to 3 months
