Ingredients

ingredients - bowl of mango, cup of yogurt and half a lime
  • Mango - can use fresh or frozen. If using frozen then make sure it is thawed before blending
  • Greek yogurt - use full fat so it is creamy. Normal yogurt won't make the popsicles as creamy as greek yogurt.
  • Lime juice - for a tropical kick
  • Sweetener - these mango pops don't need any sweetener but if you wanted to you could add a few tablespoon or honey (only if giving to kids over the age of 1 because honey can cause botulism otherwise)
