Why we love this Apple Spinach Smoothie recipe
- Healthy green smoothie
- Simple ingredients
- You can make it using any kind of milk you want
- Great breakfast or snack
Ingredients
- Banana - bananas not only add natural sweetness to the smoothie but also contribute to its creamy texture. They are an excellent source of potassium, providing a natural energy boost and aiding in muscle function. The riper the banana the sweeter the taste.
- Apple - the addition of a sweet apple introduces a refreshing flavor and a dose of dietary fiber. Apples are rich in vitamin C, adding an extra boost to your immune system.
- Spinach - the star of this green smoothie, fresh spinach, is a nutrient powerhouse. Packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, it's an easy way to incorporate leafy greens into your diet without compromising on taste.
- Unsweetened Almond Milk - for a dairy-free and luscious base, we've opted for almond milk. It adds a creamy consistency.
