Preventing and Treating Colds
Colds tend to sneak up on you. One day you hear someone sniff on the train and the next thing you know your whole face is leaking. But when our kids get sick it can turn the world upside down.
Not only are they crankier than usual but they might also have trouble eating and sleeping. Meanwhile, you’re no longer able to get anything done while you’re just caring for them.
However, their nutrition doesn’t have to be difficult, or time-consuming, and can actually go a long way to helping both prevention and recovery. The right food with the right nutrients can sometimes be a lifesaver for the body while it’s fighting off diseases.
