Why Make Homemade Peach Juice?

Peaches are an incredible food that has numerous health benefits. Some of them include the following:

  • Packed with essential vitamins
  • Can contribute to eye health
  • Can support the immune system

Necessary equipment include high-speed blenders and nut milk bags.

Ingredients

For the best juice, you will need the following ingredients:

cut up peaches
  • Fresh peaches: Choose ripe and juicy peaches for the best flavor. If you can also get your hands on some organic ones, that would be the best choice.
  • Water: This is only if you are using a blender. If you are using a juicer you won't need any water.

How To Make - Step-by-Step

Follow these simple steps to make your homemade juice 2 ways - either in a juicer or a high-speed blender.

  1. Wash the peaches and peel them if they are not organic.
  2. Cut the peaches into halves to remove the middle kernel.
  3. Slice them up further so that they fit into the juicer/smoothie maker/blender.

In A Juicer

  1. Put the peaches into the juicer chute and allow the juicer to do its magic until all peaches are strained.
