Ingredients

In A Juicer

  • 10 peaches

In A Smoothie Maker/Blender

  • 6 peaches
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Wash the peaches and peel them if they are not organic.
  • Cut the peaches into halves to remove the middle kernel.
  • Slice them up further so that they fit into the juicer/smoothie maker/blender.

In A Juicer

  • Put the peaches into the juicer chute and allow for the juicer to do its magic until all peaches are strained.

In A Smoothie Maker/Blender

  • Put the peaches into a smoothie maker/blender.
  • Add water.
  • Blend until you have a smooth consistency.
  • Serve as is or run through a nut milk bag to remove any extra thick bits.

Notes

For the perfect homemade peach juice, add some ice cubes and fresh mint and enjoy as a refreshing afternoon drink on your balcony or terrace.
