Ingredients

Plate of plums and water.

To make this nutritious fruit juice, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Fresh plums: choose ripe, juicy plums for the best flavor. I would also recommend using pure organic plums where possible. You can use any type of plum but usually the softer ones will be sweeter.
  • Water (for making the plum drink in a smoothie maker/high speed blender): adds hydration and ensures a smooth consistency when making in a blender.

See recipe card for quantities.
