Now bring all the ingredients together by adding the dry ingredients to the wet ones. You can do this either with your hands, a hand mixer, stand mixer or food processor. I find it best and easiest in a stand mixer.
Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, take about 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture from the bowl and make dough balls. Place on the cookie sheet.
Press and flatten the dough ball.
Continue until you have used up all of your cookie mixture.
Bake for about 10 - 12 minutes, until the edges turn golden brown.
Transfer the cookies to a wire rack and let cool a little bit prior to serving.
