Ingredients

  • 1 papaya
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions

  • Peel the papaya and cut it into smaller pieces.
  • Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
  • If needed, at a bit more water.
  • Pour into glasses, with our without ice and enjoy!

Notes

Top tip: For an extra kick to your papaya juice, add a pinch of black pepper.
