  • 5 oz prunes

Instructions

  • Put the prunes into a bowl and cover with hot water. 
  • Allow to soak for at least 30 minutes.
  • Once soaked and the prunes are soft enough to mash, transfer the prunes into a blender or food processor and add 2 tablespoons of the water used for soaking. 
  • Blend and if needed keep adding tablespoon by tablespoon of the water until you have a smooth homemade baby food prune puree. 
  • Once you reach a smooth consistency, transfer the puree into a bowl. 
  • Serve per choice.
