Ingredients

Labelled ingredients on white background.
  • Spinach: Packed with vitamins and minerals, spinach adds a hefty handful of nutrients to these popsicles, turning them into a powerhouse of green goodness.
  • Sweet Apples: The natural sweetness of apples provides enough sweetness for the popsicles without the need for added sugar. Make sure you are using a sweet variety of apple.
  • Cucumber: Adding a refreshing touch, cucumber brings a hint of crispness and hydration to the mix, making these popsicles perfect for a hot day.
  • Lime Juice: The zesty lime juice not only enhances the flavor but also adds a citrusy kick, making these popsicles a great way to cool down during warmer months.
  • Water: Keeping the mixture in liquid form, water ensures the popsicle consistency is just right without compromising on the refreshing taste.

FAQ

Can I use a food processor instead of a blender?

While a high-speed blender is recommended for a smoother consistency, a food processor can still be used, though the texture may vary.

Can I add maple syrup for extra sweetness?

The apples provide enough sweetness, but feel free to add a touch of maple syrup if you have a particularly sweet tooth.
