Is this a good baby yogurt?

Babies can have yogurt from 6 months old. Just make sure you test yogurt on its own before mixing yogurt with mango because dairy can be an allergen.
If giving yogurt to a baby under 1 year old do not add any sweetener and especially not honey as it can cause botulism.

Can I freeze this?

Yogurt with mango can be frozen, but after thawing make sure you mix it through again as the ingredients can separate.
